What is Hexarelin?
Hexarelin is a peptide, a very small protein made in a lab. It is a type of peptide called a GHRP, short for growth hormone-releasing peptide.
It works by acting on ghrelin receptors, tiny docking points on cells. Researchers study how this affects growth hormone (GH) release from the pituitary gland, a small gland at the base of the brain.
