What is BPC-157?

BPC-157 is a peptide made of 15 amino acids.

Scientists first found it in stomach fluid, and the name is short for Body Protection Compound-157. The version sold here is made in a lab.

What researchers study it for

• Tissue repair. Labs study how it affects tendon and ligament cells.
• Gut lining. Studies look at how it acts on stomach and gut tissue.
• Blood vessel growth. Researchers measure how it affects new vessel formation.
• Dosage response. Studies compare 5 mg and 10 mg amounts in lab models.

How to store it

Keep the sealed vial in a fridge and out of sunlight. Once mixed with liquid, keep it cold and use it within a few weeks.

Common questions

Is 10 mg twice as much as 5 mg?

Yes, the 10 mg vial holds twice the peptide of the 5 mg vial. Since 1 mg is 1,000 mcg, 10 mg is 10,000 mcg.

Does BPC-157 need to be mixed?

The vial does. Its dry powder is mixed with sterile liquid before use, but the tablets need no mixing.

Is it tested?

Yes, every batch is quality tested before we list it.

Can people take BPC-157?

No. It is sold for lab research only and is not approved as a medicine in Canada.
