What is CJC-1295 (MOD-GRF) + Ipamorelin?
This is a blend of two peptides in one vial. CJC-1295 (MOD-GRF) is a modified copy of GHRH, a hormone that signals growth hormone release.
Ipamorelin is a GH secretagogue. A secretagogue is a compound that triggers a hormone release. It acts on the ghrelin receptor, a docking point in the brain.
What researchers study it for
- Pituitary signaling. Researchers study how CJC-1295 signals the pituitary gland to release more GH.
- Ghrelin receptor activity. Studies look at how Ipamorelin triggers GH release through the ghrelin receptor.
- Hormone selectivity. Labs study whether Ipamorelin changes cortisol or prolactin, two other hormones, when GH goes up.
- Dosage and route. Studies often use 250 to 300 mcg of each peptide, given subcutaneously, meaning just under the skin.
- Cycle length. Research cycles often run 8 to 12 weeks before a break.
What you get
One sealed glass vial of powder. It holds 5 mg of CJC-1295 and 5 mg of Ipamorelin.
How to store it
Keep the sealed vial in a fridge, away from light. Once mixed with liquid, keep it cold and use it within a few weeks.
Words you might not know
- Peptide — a very small protein, made of amino acids joined in a chain.
- GHRH — growth hormone-releasing hormone, made naturally by the body.
- Secretagogue — a compound that triggers a hormone to be released.
- Ghrelin receptor — a docking point in the brain that triggers GH release.
- Subcutaneous — just under the skin.
