What is CJC-1295 MOD-GRF (Without DAC)?
CJC-1295 MOD-GRF, also called Modified GRF 1-29, is a peptide built to copy a hormone called GHRH.
GHRH, or growth hormone-releasing hormone, tells the pituitary gland to release growth hormone (GH).
This version has no DAC (Drug Affinity Complex) attached, so it leaves the body faster than the DAC version. Its effect is short, closer to the body’s natural GH pulses.
What researchers study it for
- GH release. Labs study how it binds GHRH receptors on the pituitary gland to trigger GH release.
- Molecule stability. Researchers changed four spots on the amino acid chain to slow its breakdown, giving it a half-life near 30 minutes.
- Pulse patterns. Studies look at multiple daily GH pulses instead of one steady rise.
- Peptide stacking. Some studies pair it with GHRP-2 or GHRP-6 to see how the two peptides work together.
